At this point in time, there is no better moment than NOW, to slow ourselves down, connect with what is real and move closer to what brightens our hearts.  A reminder for simple practices:
 
Stay Grounded – spend time in nature, eat nourishing foods, practice doing “nothing” at least once daily.
Manage Stress – spend time with people who you truly enjoy being around, ask for help, remember that your breathing.
Find Joy – find reasons to smile, say nice things to yourself, call people into your life who express happiness.
